Wanda BouchardWanda's counseling and consulting services provide support for the overall development and well-being of gifted individuals of all ages and experiences.
Wanda is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Idaho. She is also a registered supervisor in the state of Idaho for post-graduate individuals pursuing licensure as a professional counselor. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and has experience supporting clients while they work through issues of depression, anxiety, grief and self-esteem, as well as relationship, family, and parenting issues. Prior to becoming a counselor, Wanda worked in business and education, where she nurtured her passion for assisting children and their family members. As a member of SENG (Supporting Emotional Needs of Gifted) Wanda is dedicated to assisting gifted individuals and their families. She is a SENG Model Parent Group Facilitator as well as a SENG Recognized Mental Health Professional with specific training in aspects of giftedness. |
Susy HuffordSusy is a Masters level, National Board-Certified teacher with twenty-five years’ experience working with gifted and twice-exceptional children. Continuing her own education has been a life-long quest in support of her desire to better understand and serve this unique population. Susy recently retired from teaching in the classroom and is continuing her journey in the gifted world.
Susy is a SENG (Supporting Emotional Needs of the Gifted) liaison for the state of Idaho and a SENG Model Parent Group facilitator, as well as an adjunct professor at NNU (Northwest Nazarene University). Susy continues to learn and be of service to others as she shares her accumulated knowledge, experience and wisdom. |
Lonnie TaylorLonnie is a Certified Exceptional Child (K-12) teacher with 32 years of teaching students of all abilities. She has instructed children and youth with sensory regulation concerns, trauma, emotional and behavioral concerns, as well as the academic expectations. She has worked with twice exceptional, special needs, gifted, and students not otherwise identified. Lonnie has spent her teaching career learning with students how to aid them in improving their lives. She has raised five children of her own, one of which is the reason Lonnie has been so passionate about helping children and youth to improve relationships, develop self and social awareness, decreasing emotional stress and conduct problems. Lonnie recently retired from teaching allowing her time to follow her passion of working with young people, and balancing that with more time with her family, and friends.
