All parenting is hard and parenting the gifted can be especially so. Winslow Institute's support services address the day-to-day challenges of parenting gifted children so families can flourish.
Are you feeling isolated as you parent your gifted child(ren)? Do you find yourself wishing for greater support and understanding? Or perhaps you need concrete strategies for communicating with and motivating your gifted child(ren)?
Groups are designed specifically to address some of the unique issues, needs, and challenges faced by diverse gifted communities. Our groups are hybrid meaning some attendees may be in-person while others are simultaneously joining from home. Meetings are run by two trained facilitators who will guide you in safe and confidential conversations.
Join us for a 7 week guided discussion addressing the joys and challenges of parenting gifted children. Come and share successes and concerns in a safe and confidential environment where you can learn from the collective wisdom of the group. By definition, gifted children are quantifiably different from the typical child which means your parenting experience is quantifiably different! Group size is limited to 10 families.
